How do I redeem the SF Explore! deals?
Simply present your SF Explore! membership card to the business and they will apply that deal to your purchase.


Why do I need to activate my card with the code?
Some businesses will verify that you have an Activated Membership Card through an online tool we have setup for merchants, and they will only honor their deal if you've activated the card.


What if a business does not honor their deal even if I have an Activated Membership?
Let us know immediately and we will contact the particular business owner and investigate the matter. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you the amount posted by the particular business.
